1、 Physical specifications: External dimensions: Suitable for the capacitor layout of CVPM02 power module, estimated to be approximately 100mm x 60mm x 25mm in length x width x height (matching the size of CVPM02 module). The main body of the bracket is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic or aluminum alloy material, with a matte anti-corrosion treatment on the surface. Installation hole position: M3 or M4 screw holes are reserved at the four corners, with hole spacing aligned with the installation bolts of the CVPM02 module (usually 80mm x 40mm standard spacing). Some models may integrate a snap on design that supports tool free quick installation. Compatibility: Compatible with capacitor models: Designed specifically for 5V/1.2F supercapacitor banks in LSI CVPM02 power modules, compatible with other cylindrical capacitors with diameters of 18-22mm and heights ≤ 30mm. Module adaptation: The CacheVault kit supports MegaRAID SAS 9266/9271 series RAID controllers and needs to be used in conjunction with the CVFM02 flash module. 2、 Functional features and design details: Fixing and protection: Capacitor fixing: Internally designed with elastic silicone pads or metal spring plates to prevent the capacitor from loosening in a vibrating environment. Reserved wire slots at the bottom of the bracket for organizing the power and control wires of capacitors. Heat dissipation and insulation: The surface is equipped with a heat dissipation grille to ensure temperature control of the capacitor under high load (operating temperature range -20 ° C to 60 ° C). The insulation performance meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, avoiding the risk of short circuit. Installation scenario: Inside the server: It can be fixed inside the server chassis through a 3.5-inch hard drive bracket or PCIe expansion card slot, with a reserved heat dissipation space of ≥ 50mm. Remote installation: When used with a 24 inch extension cable (such as LSI 00297-001), the bracket can be fixed to the external server cabinet, ensuring that the cable length does not exceed 1 meter.
