Three mode (TRI-MODE) RAID controller, based on SAS3516 chip, provides 8 internal+8 external SAS/SATA/NVMe ports, PCIe 3.1 x8 interface, 2GB/4GB DDR4 cache, supports RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60 and JBOD, and adapts to half height/full height chassis.

• Up to 8 storage interface PCIe links. Each link supports up to 8.0 GT/s (PCIe Gen3) x4 or x2 * link width per channel
• Compliant with SFF-9402 standard, connector pin allocation
• Compliant with SFF-8485 standard, SGPIO
• RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60
